De Lama's production keeps into consideration the Food Industry, too. A family of De Lama plants for "FOOD" has been designed and realized in order to satisfy the Food Industry needs through air/steam mixture, saturated steam sterilization cycles, and so on. In over 50 years production De Lama S.p.A. acquired quite a significant experience about sterilization processes and working cycles realization. Tests performed on samples by De Lama's premises and in strict co-operation with the Customers permit to study and realize customized processes perfectly suitable to the Customers' needs.
