DLOV/W Series

The DLOV/W is a new plants' line defined by extraordinary ductility.

The system's operational flexibility combines the efficiency of a pex crosslinking with saturated steam with an industrial high-efficiency vacuum washer useful for washing components, machine parts, accessories (e.g. containers for bulk lyophilization) that require the removal of dust, particles and pollutants residuals.

Conforming to UNI EN ISO 15883-1. Ability to perform a Washing Cycle with "A₀" letality factor parameter.

This combined Plant, Steam Sterilzer & Industrial Washing Machine allows to:

wash, sterilize and dry with a single process tanks, mechanical parts or other materials;
reduce the number and volume of plants into sterile area;
reduce the cost of validation and maintenance;
simplify operational procedures for staff;

Standard and customized models.

Sizes available from 80 lts. to 30,000 lts.
