All strategic workings for the product realization are entirely carried out inside the operating unit under a Total Quality Guarantee System according to well-established and tested procedures. All materials are shared and classified on the base of traceability criteria capable of satisfying the highest pharmaceutical levels. Welds are automated performed using plasma processes (key-hole technology) and orbital TIG in inert atmosphere.
All welds are executed in conformance with approved processes certified by the most important Notified Bodies and carried out by patented operators. Non destructive controls on welds are performed by qualified personnel inside the production unit. Modern systems employing CAD/CAM technology assure accurate and repeatable works. Plants are assembled and tested according to the most severe International Standards by qualified people in order to face Customers’ most exacting demands.
