The Design Division integrates all the other operating activities and services performed by De Lama. All actions are carried out according to standard procedures as a Quality Management System total guarantee.
De Lama is able to give qualified advice for the resolution of installation troubles and for processes optimization. Planting and mechanical design is developed thanks to CAD/CAE solid drawing modern programs. Structural controls about pressure bodies are expanded according to the most widespread armonized rules and, in case of particular geometries, through FEM systems (Finite Element Analysis).
All the HW/SW design documents are in compliance with the most up-dated GAMP guidelines and according to the procedures of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNI EN ISO 13485:2004 Quality Management Systems Manual. All the necessary standard documents able to satisfy the most rigorous requirements in Pharmaceutical field are issued for each design activity.
