WE ARE A GREEN COMPANY

De Lama has always been a company with particular attention to the environment. This spirit is declined, both from the point of view of the corporate organization as a whole, and from the point of view of the actual production process, and finally, with the aim of designing ever more ‘green’ products and therefore capable of consume less energy, waste less water, use increasingly eco-friendly sterilizing agents.

De Lama’s path is one of continuous improvement and the investment in eco-sustainable issues has been continuous and progressive over the years, to the point of conceiving it as a ‘state of mind’, that the company wants to make more a modus operandi of its own and of all workers.

However, the attention to these issues is also certified, with the achievement in February 2023 of the ISO 14001:2015 certification.

The ISO 14001 Standard represents the normative reference point for companies and organizations equipped with an Environmental Management System.

It is a standard that provides a management structure for the integration of environmental management practices, pursuing environmental protection, pollution prevention, as well as the reduction of energy and resource consumption.

De Lama’s commitment to concrete facts does not end here, but continues with ever more strength, care and attention in a path aimed at an increasingly sustainable tomorrow.

GREEN FACTORY

The production area and the newly built offices are designed to guarantee spaces and environments with a high degree of comfort.

Each production area is equipped with the latest generation of air aspirators to ensure clean air and extremely low emissions.

Water discharges are controlled in order to ensure zero environmental contamination.

Waste management is highly controlled and selected in order to increase the share of recycled waste above the standards.

The production machinery park is totally made up of the latest generation tools. The production plants are 90% Industry 4.0 with Energy Saving processes integrated and controlled directly by the company management system.

All service equipment for utilities (lighting, heating, air, etc.) are eco-compatible with a high energy class.

GREEN PRODUCTS

All De Lama products are designed with a marked eco-friendly sensibility.

In particular, only high energy efficiency motors are used.

Water recirculation systems are available to reset the discharges.

The insulation of the chambers and piping are designed and manufactured with the latest generation materials to minimize energy dispersion and optimize process efficiency.

The internal ventilation systems of the rooms are designed with CFD systems to have exceptional performance with limited energy consumption.

De Lama is able to manage energy recovery systems for the customer’s plants by offering integrated systems.

DLVPH/ST with HyPerPure® technology

When it comes to green products, De Lama can proudly state that it is the company that designed and today produces the greenest sterilizer in the world: the DLVPH/ST with HyPerPure® technology using hydrogen peroxide under high vacuum and zero air.

WHY CAN WE CLAIM THAT HYPERPURE IS THE GREENEST STERILIZATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE WORLD?

The process is at low temperature without waste of thermal energy as occurs in hot sterilization processes (such as, for example, with saturated steam sterilization)
There are no liquid discharges towards the installation environment
There is no water consumption
Energy consumption is extremely low.
Best option to reach a Carbon Free target. It is certainly the best sterilizer on the market for a Company to achieve a Zero Carbon target.

THE FUTURE IS EVEN GREENER!

De Lama’s ecological soul translates into a continuous effort towards obtaining new eco-sustainable goals in the near future.

The new factory to be built soon will be equipped with renewable energy production systems (photovoltaic) which will allow it to achieve energy self-sufficiency.

All structures (offices and factory) will be designed and build in compliance with the highest technological standards available on the market in terms of energy efficiency.

The actions are aimed at obtaining ZeroCarbonTarget (ZCT), the certification which attests to a company’s reduction of its CO2 emissions and is issued, following verification, by a third party body.
