ACHEMA 2018. De Lama at the Frankfurt Fair gets a great international success

De Lama Spa, has just concluded the exhibition at the triennial Achema fair in Frankfurt, the most important in the world for the exposure of pharmaceutical plants and processes.

De Lama presented the latest machinery and innovations regarding sterilization processes.

In particular, De Lama, which was founded in 1949 and is about to accomplish 70 years of activity, has demonstrated a constant evolution of consolidated processes coupled with an innovation that has led to the presentation in Frankfurt of products that have affected visitors to the fair, many of which they represented the best international companies in the sector.

THE FIRST MAGNETIC-DRIVEN DOOR FOR AUTOCLAVE IN THE WORLD

First of all, De Lama presented the world’s first autoclave magnetic door. The opening is characterized by a movement generated by the sliding of a super magnet and the advantages are a total simplification of the construction, the elimination of unnecessary mechanisms and the possibility to manage the process in a much cleaner way. This magnetic door allows De Lama to mate perfectly with other manufacturers’ machines within complex pharmaceutical processes, guaranteeing total integration.

AUTOCLAVE WITH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE UNDER DEEP VACUUM. A NEW MILESTONE IN THE HISTORY OF STERILIZATION.

The second major innovation was the presentation, always first in the world, is the Autcolave for Sterilization and Decontamination under Vacuumed Hydrogen Peroxide: in particular the decontamination process passes from standard 3-4 hours to about 1 hour, breaking down by more than 70 % of the times with a performance that has been able to impress the insiders and promises important commercial outlets.
